Agreement
These terms govern your use of the TryOnTrend Shopify app and website (the “Service”). By installing or using TryOnTrend you agree to them on behalf of your store. If you don't agree, don't install or use the Service. Your use of Shopify is also governed by Shopify's own terms.
The service
TryOnTrend adds a virtual try-on to your Shopify product pages: an on-device try-on that runs in the shopper's browser, and a photo-real AI try-on generated by our AI provider. It also provides settings for where the try-on appears and analytics about its use.
The try-on is a visual aid. It shows how a product may look on a shopper and does not predict size or fit. Results depend on product photos, lighting, the shopper's device and connection, and may not be exact.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API, every 30 days, on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans have no free trial: the first period is charged when you approve the charge in Shopify.
- Each plan includes a monthly number of photo-real AI try-ons. On paid plans, additional AI try-ons are charged as usage at the published rate, up to the spending limit you approve in Shopify. The Free plan has no charges and a smaller allowance.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. Cancelling a paid plan is prorated by Shopify. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
- Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change applies to your subscription, and Shopify will ask you to approve any new charges.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and in line with Shopify's policies.
- Tell shoppers about virtual try-on in your store's privacy policy, as described in our privacy policy.
- Only use product images you have the right to use.
- Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break it, reverse engineer it, overload it, or use it to process content that is illegal, harmful or that you don't have the right to use.
Content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to your store, product images and data. You allow us to use them only to provide the Service. TryOnTrend, its software, design and brand belong to us. Try-on videos and images belong to the shopper who created them, for their personal use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TryOnTrend available and reliable, but the Service depends on third parties such as Shopify and our AI provider, and may sometimes be unavailable. When the photo-real AI try-on can't run, shoppers get the on-device try-on. We may improve or change features over time.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms. When the agreement ends, we delete your store's data as described in the privacy policy.
